Most of our projects are full scope: we plan the space, draw the details, source and buy everything in it, and stay on site until the last piece is placed. We also take on furnishing-only work and standalone commercial fit-outs.

Full-service interiors
Space planning, finishes, lighting, furniture, art and accessories — specified, procured and installed. One schedule, one budget, one point of contact. We present a full concept before anything is ordered and revise it with you until it is right.

Interior architecture
For new builds and gut renovations we join early, refine the architectural plans, and draw the interior details that give a house its character: millwork, cabinetry, trim profiles, stone layouts, tile setting and every plumbing and lighting location.

Custom furniture
When a room needs a piece that does not exist, we draw it and have it made — upholstery, case goods, beds, benches, tables — with makers we have worked with for years.

Commercial
Restaurants, tasting rooms, cafés, offices and boutique hospitality. Residential warmth built to take commercial wear, coordinated with your contractor, kitchen consultant and landlord.
How a project runs
Most full-scope projects take nine to eighteen months. You will know what happens next at every stage.
Step one
Walkthrough
An hour in the space and a straight conversation about scope, budget and timing.
Step two
Concept
Plans, a material board you can hold, and renders of the rooms that decide the project.
Step three
Documentation
Construction drawings, millwork details, lighting and electrical, and a costed schedule.
Step four
Procurement
We order, track and warehouse everything, and keep the budget updated as we go.
Step five
Install
Site visits through construction, then a full install and styling in one or two days.
